There was a bald Mediterranean Cantonese man with a very impatient attitude. He was too lazy to answer questions and had a disgusting attitude every time he answered the phone. You can't even understand Mandarin but you still have the nerve to get angry and yell at people. Is this your service attitude?

The Cantonese front desk is extremely rude! She didn’t even allow you to speak. They always filed your medication without your confirmation! They are disgusting especially the Cantonese staffs, the young and old women, they are STUPID!
