Some medication wasn’t covered by insurance, so they called on my behalf to get the doctor to prescribe something that would be covered (a task I’d have to normally undertake in my own). And they were very professional, addressed me by name and explained the use of each medication, making sure I understood how to use them before I left. 5 stars for sure.”
