Auburndale Pharmacy is an old-fashioned, friendly, and knowledgeable pharmacy. It is a clean, quiet, and efficient local gem, offering a truly pleasant change from big chain pharmacies. The staff is kind, courteous, professional, and always with a great disposition. The pharmacist is attentive, goes above and beyond, and is always willing to answer questions. They are helpful, especially when navigating health insurance issues with medications. Services are convenient and efficient, with prescriptions ready very quickly. They provide COVID boosters, flu shots, and COVID tests. The pharmacy carries a great selection of toys and over-the-counter meds, and they can obtain medical items not in the store. It is a place where customers are treated like a person, not a number.
This is an old-fashioned pharmacy where they know their customers and offer relevant and caring services. Danny is the best and the front desk staff are also great. It's a truly pleasant change from the big chain pharmacy where you are treated like a number - not a person. That does not happen here!

Auburndale Pharmacy is clean, quiet and efficient. The staff is kind and the pharmacist goes above and beyond. Never mind the comments about occasional grumpiness; it is just typical New Yorker friendliness and an eagerness to help you get the meds you came in to pick up. Definitely recommend this pharmacy!
