The staff is kind, courteous, professional, and always with a great disposition. The pharmacist is attentive, goes above and beyond, and is always willing to answer questions. They are helpful, especially when navigating health insurance issues with medications. Services are convenient and efficient, with prescriptions ready very quickly. They provide COVID boosters, flu shots, and COVID tests. The pharmacy carries a great selection of toys and over-the-counter meds, and they can obtain medical items not in the store. It is a place where customers are treated like a person, not a number.
When I went back to the pharmacy because of a UPS return issue, Kristy was incredibly kind and helpful. She treated my problem as if it were her own and took the time to help me, even though it took a while. Thanks to her, everything was resolved smoothly. I truly appreciate her help.
