Hello, basically I came here to renew my card, starting off the lady working at the register she was stalling everyone and a large line was up, it took half an hour just for my turn to reach. Once I came to the register she was being very rude to me when I wanted to renew my card and she charged me an extra $30 claiming it was tax but at another BJ’s when I was getting information about it the total with tax and everything was $85 yet the lady, Fang L charged me $93 claiming the extra was tax even though that’s not true because it showed on the screen she was charging for extra things not tax. I then asked for the manager and Deborah the manager came along and started yelling at me, but when I gave her the same response she got mad at me for yelling even though she was insulting me and calling me mentally ill for finding out the truth. In addition to this they said I could take pictures of their IDs and post whatever I want, but then hid their IDs when I said alright. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend coming to their customer service and I hope they recruit better employees.

THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST BJS I'VE EVER BEEN TO DEBORA THE MANAGER IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL, WHEN I JUST WANTED TO ASK HER A QUESTION TODAY SHE YELLED AT ME AND WOULDN'T HELP ME, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN ANY OTHER BJS, THEY ARE ALWAYS RESPECTFUL IN OTHER BJS BUT NOT THIS ONE, I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T GO HERE AND GO TO ANOTHER BJS TO SAVE YOU FROM TROUBLE, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY GET BETTER EMPLOYEES, DEBORA WAS VERY RACIST.

Let's just say my card information was compromised and used at another bjs in another state after my purchase here. I'm currently in petty claims court against bjs for their FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. If I were you honestly I would avoid this bjs at all COSTS.

I was using a self-checkout. And I heard the receipt being printed. But the receipt paper didn't come out. So I asked for help. At that time, my items were on the left side of the checkout counter. The staff(Lois F) came to me and asked me to scan my membership card first without asking what problem i have and left. I scanned it once and put my paid items in the cart. I called him back. He asked me to scan my items. I siad i already did it and the receipt didn't come out. So he told me to check my bank account, saying that the items were not approved because they were on the left. I couldn't believe what he said, but I checked my bank account. Of course it was approved and I called him back. I guess he thought I simply didn't know how to use the self-checkout without asking what the problem i have. Neither he nor the other staff said sorry. I get irritated.

The other day ,there was person in the front being rude and taking forever to check people’s receipts , name of the employee was Brian , I was confused on why Bj’s would hire anybody like this to their workplace

I been shopping here for years. I go Once every month. The last time I was here The cashier had a very bad attitude. I guess he didn't want to be a work. He wasn't friendly at all. He was ringing up my items but refuse to place them in the cart as he continue to scan and pass the items to my husband as he put them in the cart. I will never get on his line ever again. Bjs definitely need to hire some happy & friendly workers

Today, one Asian girl cashier thought the price label of beef doesn't match that beef, so she checked with two colleagues, then the colleagues checked with meat department. After she confirmed it's the correct original price label, I let her keep it. Waste my time.

This is the 1st time I've been to this location and I was very pleased. They have a huge selection of items. This may be the best stocked bj's I've ever been to. I take the bus and it's a two block walk. I would definitely shop here again.
