BJ's Wholesale Club is a members-only warehouse retail store that offers a wide range of products, including food, home furnishings, electronics, and apparel at wholesale prices. Members aged 60 and older can enjoy designated shopping hours from Monday to Saturday, while first responders have special hours on Sundays. Customers have praised the helpful staff, especially Steven from the bakery, who has gone above and beyond to create custom cakes for special occasions. His kindness and professionalism have made shopping experiences memorable. Additionally, Annette and Andrina from customer service have been recognized for their polite and courteous assistance during returns. However, some reviews mention that the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved and that the store can feel quite cold. Overall, BJ's provides a great selection of products and attentive service, making it a popular choice for many shoppers.
Minimal help from staff. You gotta know what your looking for. It's basically self help here. But I do appreciate the different variety of brands here. Unlike Costco where it's Kirkland, Kirkland and more Kirkland.

Went in to purchase the Tiramisu cake, got a membership, visa card, flowers and Salmon. Disappointed with the lack of wild caught shrimp.

I am so happy that it's conveniently located. I wish it had more vegan and vegetarian options.
