Prices have gone up, but service has gone down. How convenient: now that customers are bringing their own bags, the workers that work there just use that as an excuse not to help out the customer bag the groceries. They just stand there and watch you bag everything yourself. They're not even that kind anymore

Terrific variety and high quality expensive meets. Kobe beef $65 per pound. Massive choice in frozen dumplings. Some american groceries too. You can buy noodles by the case. Several types of ramen and Udon. They offer korean and japanese manufactured foods. Sweets baked goods. Lots of vegetables and lots of fish. Yes you can steak and beer too. 9am to 9pm. Before pandemic they were open 24 hours.

I have been using this store 1 to 3 times per week for more than 10 years. This store is good enough to use. Just one thing to check. When prepacked item is on sale, check carefully I had few issues during 10+ years ( this amount is very little mistake I think). For me, this store is almost perfect. But it will be closing in few months, and moving to next block. I hope their service won't change until they open at new location.

Be careful. The pre-packed Jinga products either expire day of or max 2 days. I would not recommend buying any of the Jinga products.

Rather than diversifying its products and improving its service quality, H-mart profiteers from increasing prices frequently. I don't really see its commitment to the Korean communities in the U.S., upon which H-mart was able to build.

Really good place. I go grocery shopping here and I don't have any complaints. With this COVID-19 situation, people can take their temperature as they go in and have access to hand sanitizer. Its clean and although things can be pricy, the stuff is really good?

Compounding a difficulty , now more than ever , is often going there , H mart , where we are overturn with products' prices -via fruit , vegetables , fish , rice and Kimchi -that only distracting and confusing our thinking. The prices they offer is often a difficulty things for us to obtain.Concerns of them tend to seem larger than we expect .We are learning from high level of adversities without recognizing them as such

The price gets higher, and the service gets worse. Instead of three cabbages, I wanted to change it to one box because it was cheaper.Cashier rudely told me to put it back in place. After I came back to cashier, I was able to put the cabbage box in the cart even after I asked for help three times. It was all I had to do to put things I had shopped. Cashier just looked at it. After returning home, I called the customer service center and asked, they said that was the rule. If it had been a self-checkout counter, it wouldn't have been a bad mood.

This Korean H Mart has been located in here for more than 30 years. We come to buy their poultry and meat very often as the quality are better than the Chinese market in the nearby. Couple times we had the argument with the store's advertisements sending to our emails, and they are NOT admitted the over-charged by one dollar a pound of Chicken boneless thighs. Where y itou can see the ad. And buying labels. They are ruining their reputation for such a small amount. Is it worth????

Place is good for quick grabs. Recently brought home some cucumbers that were infested with fruit flies. My entire fridge was full of flies until I gave in and threw the cucumbers away. And the produce is unnecessarily expensive for the quality. $3 a pound for stem tomatoes when I could pay at MOST $1.99 in another place. And I don't know who charges $6.99 a pound for chili peppers. Maybe if they didn't prepackage them? The plus side is they have good organic bananas and also good organic milk.
