The branch manager carmen is rude! If you want to deal with her. At least you have 1M at her branch.otherwise she won’t help you.

he bank staff are rude here. They yell at customers and very unhelpful. They even argue with customers. How do you run a bank this with these people as the face of the bank. They are lucky we don’t pull out all our money and even that they wouldn’t care.
