“I’ve been with this credit union for a couple of years now. The staff here is amazing, help you with whatever you need and are always willing to put you and your best interests first. The rates here are lower than your traditional banks and the loan officers help you with everything you need to purchase a car. Diego has been my loan officer for my last couple of cars and he has been nothing but the best throughout them all. He has always been quick, helpful, and very responsive with any questions or concerns I have had. Since I have opened my account, I can reach out to anyone there and know they have my best interests at heart. They’ve helped me open up accounts for joint members and Gabriel has been crucial with my notary public documents and managing those accounts. “I've been banking here since 1983, that's a long time. Now that they have expanded, there are more locations to do business. Years ago, while banking at this branch I had free 30 minutes parking in the Muni Lot, not anymore. However, my thanks to a very pleasant employee whom we met on Tues July 31st. His name is Joseph Perez who hails from The Bronx. While at the bank, Mr. Perez spent over an hour explaining new bank regs; he also graciously helped us make some adjustments to our existing accounts. This man is a hard worker. We checked in by phone as required by the corona virus guidelines and waited for about an hour. The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, the doorman actively aided clients who did not know how to check-in with their phones and directed them accordingly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and if this visit is indicative of this entire branch's service then my grandfather is in good hands.”
