I visited TLC today and was very impressed by Shirley’s enthusiasm and professionalism. She was dedicated, responsible, and a pleasure to work with. I hope I’ll have the chance to work with her again next time.

Shirley was wonderful—I came to the lab very late. she first helped me with the paperwork and then drew my blood in just one shot. My vein is hard to see, but she found it right away. She is quick, patient, and very professional. From now on I will always ask for her to draw my blood if I come here.
