When I called, Frankie was incredibly kind—he even opened the store for us to pick up the table outside of regular hours. Not only was the table already assembled for us, but he also gave us a discount since insurance didn’t cover it.
Just a heads-up: they only accept cash or check for payment, so plan ahead. Other than that, we highly recommend this local store for your medical supply needs. Great service and a personal touch you don’t often find anymore.”

When my doctor recommended a surgery boot ? for a torn calf muscle I had City Medical Supplies was the only Medical Supply store that told me that they have it in stock. When the in stock boot ? didn't fit because it was to small they special ordered one in my size. The guy who helped me put the boot ? on went above and beyond to get everything set up with the boot ?. The lady who worked the fitting desk also went above and beyond with her assistance with getting the boot ? set up. Dawn and all the employees of City medical supplies are professional and courteous especially the observant young man who works there who opened the door ? for me because I was trying to figure out how to open the door ? and not fall down ? because I was on 2 crutches really impressed me.
