Powerhouse Gym Bayside is a fantastic and well-run gym that has been there a long time, offering a spacious environment with a lot of workout equipment. It features many different machines, free weights, barbells, and heavy equipment that many other facilities do not have, including dumbbells up to 200 lbs. The gym is dedicated to helping members reach their fitness goals in a supportive atmosphere, striving to constantly improve by updating equipment and adding amenities while offering affordable rates. The owner and staff are very kind, welcoming, helpful, and maintain the gym effectively, creating a family-like feeling. The facility also provides amazing pre-workout, protein, and hydration options, along with appealing merchandise. It is a great gym to get a solid workout in, recommended for anyone looking to get a great lift.
