I enjoyed the 8pm hot yoga class. Jenny is a great instructor. Nice studio and loved the flow of the class. Good job prana hoy yoga. I highly recommend this studio.???

Visit here since 2015, still love it❤️Jenny is helping a lot with improving yoga pose and peaceful mind.

I always look forward to every yoga session. Especially meditation at the end. It helps to calm my mind after a long work day. I also completed 90 days detox. It’s a long process but worth it at the end. Whole experience taught me to take better care of my body and mind which I lack of before starting yoga and detox.
