Waited until 10:10 for them to open for an associate to come to the door and tell everyone they are not opening until 1 . When an elderly woman asked why is that the associate rudely responded “ because we aren’t opening until then “ . This is usually my go to location but not anymore

The workers are not doing their job and there are only 2 or 3 people helping the customers and the others are just walking around and doing nothing.

The customer service is terrible !!!!! They don’t call out the name when it’s your turn .they just skip you and take next customer . when you express your concerns they can’t help you they just give your a number and ask your to call to speak someone to solve issue you have!!!!! Very unprofessional and the charges are unreasonable too !!!what a scam company !!

At first, the network speed was particularly bad, so we bought a better network at a higher price. Also, we asked this company to fix the network, saying it was fixed. But as a result, we still were disconnected from the network every day, the network was often gone.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would 100% put that. This place only has 2 workers despite having so many machines. The machine to pay the bill never works. There is up to 20 people in line waiting yet the workers don't speed up their work despite having to just pay a simple bill. This place is utterly ridiculous. Do not recommend whatsoever!

This customer service guy doesn't understand anything you said. He let any customers cut in line instead of waiting for queue. He force you to use spectrum phone lines even if you don't want to.
When I told him I just want the wifi service, he forced me to buy spectrum phone lines. So leaving Spectrum forever.

There is a male salesman named Chen here! Very bad attitude! Can serve in Chinese! He must speak English to you! "He also said this is America." What happened to America! You service staff! If you are not Chinese I won’t say anything! You are Chinese and can say that! Why do you have to make things difficult for people? Show that you are good at English? You have to quarrel to speak Chinese! Is it because I can’t say it anymore or something! You have to show that you can pretend!
