For some reason they do not like to exchange bills to quarters. Went to a different branch had no problem in bayside location. Guy with white shirt mustache could learn a few things for customer service. Captain obvious Just tells me to open an account with a frown. 0 stars if I could

Was denied $200 in singles because I don’t have a business account. I then requested $100 in 5s and was told they did not have that many 5s and couldn’t deplete what they had because they had other customers coming in. Went to a different branch and had zero issues.
