“Costumer service desk representative could be more helpful, he’s like in a stressed mood or something and he explains things way too fast. Other than that this has been an excellent experience, the guys outside at the “return bay” they are very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the person at the front desk.”
