DONT BUY THINGS HERE***THEY ARE SEPERATE FROM VERIZON***Returning and any transactions here are overly complicated and long wait times[multiple days and about 2 hrs per time of wait of not getting much done]They just try to sell you thing!!!ANYTHING WITH PRODUCTS GET FROM A MAJOR OR REAL VERIZON STORE!!!!There's FORCED RESTOCKING FEES!!! Here especially since they are technically separate from Verizon [so can't be dealt by the Verizon of the items gotten here]They only have one desk of help having no true authority that overall to even try correct anything they will tell you" call the company"611FYI they are more prone to speaking not English here and one of the middle eastern languages

Anika and Farzad were amazing! Anika was very professional, she helped me set up my new phone. All I can say is that they are very professional and patient when it comes to taking care of their customers! I would recommend this store any day.

Huge Thank you to CIANNA! I recently transferred my family from T-Mobile to Verizon. The initial set up was smooth on the Verizon side of things but T-Mobile made it very difficult to port over our numbers. Eventually all of the numbers were working again except my fathers phone wasn't receiving calls. I went into the store and Cianna got to work on fixing the problem. She was very knowledgeable, mannerly, and patient. Every time we ran into a road block Cianna had a solution and although none of this was her fault, she took ownership on resolving the matter as quickly and succinctly as was possible. She had a pleasant demeanor the entire time, one that was obviously genuine. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you again Cianna.

I was racially profiled here. (Btw I lived in this neighborhood going on 4 years and I will NEVER I MEAN NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER)I enjoy my Verizon service phone and cable no problem but this will make a person want to CANCEL EVERYTHING!!A man and woman were working here and the female was giving me a weird “Suspicious stare” since the moment I walked in. I came in to get my brand new iPhone 14 pro set up because it came in the mail and I was having trouble setting it up.The woman typed something on the computer to the man and I’m pretty sure it was what he then told me next. He told me he needs to see my ID and they wouldn’t even let me buy a screen protector without my information within Verizon to verify I have an account with them! Long story short I was forced to go home and get my wallet and ID to prove something to these people. When I came back the guy gladly set up my phone but WAIT …HE FORGOT TO ASK ME FOR MY ID. He never needed it in the first place it was just for their own satisfaction. That is WRONG. He then apologized in a very sarcastic way when I mentioned to him after the set up that he asked for my ID for nothing. I walked ALL THE WAY BACK HOME FOR IT. I made a complaint to the company and they told me that nobody needs ID to set up any phone or make a purchase.I will never go to this location ever again. The Next day or so I came back for a screen protector and the woman demanded my phone number and information to “verify “ my account with Verizon. I didn’t know you had to give your information to make a small purchase ! Very interesting. She even was nasty about the price of the protector as if I wouldn’t have the money or something LOL. Wow…..Again these people are racist and clearly that man needs to stop listening to such a WEIRD JUDGEMENTAL RACIST LADY. As a woman of color I am disappointed in Verizon for hiring such people. Discrimination HURTS.

I don't know what happened to this place? Both crew members didn't seem to want to be there! She was helping someone, got a call and left them, he was helping me, and seemed to want to go home and game, from what it seemed! He was tattooed up and down, looked tired, and just seemed uninterested!

Huge shout out to Nicholas and Ryan for finding me the best deal for a new phone. Both of them were extremely professional, compassionate and motivated about their job. During my transaction, I knew I was in good hands because many customers would walk in just to give a friendly hello to them and they would know the customer's name. They were easy to talk to and always informed of what they were doing.
