The selection at the store is often even more in depth than what's shown on the website. During the buying process I never felt pressured to move quickly and the team was patient with all of the questions I had regarding a number of pieces.
Even after purchasing my watch, Derek and the team were incredibly helpful and they helped me sort out any issues I might have had. “I dropped the watch and the crystal glass broke off in to two pieces I used gorilla glue to put the crystal glass back on and instead glued the wand stuck after about a week the dial hands stopped working. I brought it to Gold City and ten days later it was ready for me to take on my trip. They did a fabulous job putting a new crystal glass back on and unsticking the wand. My watch is back to looking beautiful, they cleaned the bevel and crystal stones my watch look like I just brought it from the jewelry store. Thanks Gold City”

They were very helpful in deciding on how far to size down, and reassured me that they would modify the work if the fit wasn’t to my liking.The work was done exceptionally quickly, and their method for this adjustment is truly invisible - rather than beads they seem to have laid down a thin layer of gold to create the same change with a less noticeable look. Facets was not the cheapest option, but the price was more than fair for the speed and results!”
