I will say that most of the time the staff is very helpful, but of course its not always going to be like that. This tends to be my experience with pretty much every macys I've been to, but it happens rarely.”

“Sylvia was able to help me last minute with getting a qipao for the tea ceremony for my wedding. She had many patterns and colors available and the one I chose needed to be taken in a bit at the waist. She was able to make the alterations the same day and we picked it up a few hours later. We will definitely be returning in the future as she has so many beautiful colors and styles available other than the traditional red.”
