Never hesitates to look into something further if she feels something is off.Very quick to recommend specialists to back up her observations, she is a doctor that passionately seeks answers and explanations.The only con: you may wait a while as she takes her time with each patient. Not recommended for fast appointments, but then again, who wants a doctor that rushes?”

“I get people's issues. But this place is better than city MD. Cause i lost my meds n city md was like come in again so they can charge your insurance... also you cant even talk to city md doctors on the phone... but can talk to them at this location on the phone. “First wen I walk in to the clinic was very clean and only 2 people waiting to be attended, with there social distance and sanitize on the wall, the receptionist she's very nice and friendly, nurses are same nice and very friendly, wen the Dr Alba Donaghy walk in she was super friendly and make field very comfortable she wen thru with everything with explaining and ask me many questions making sure everything was taking care, I will extremely recommend Dr Alba Donaghy and clinic.Thank you so much for take care of me.”
“The pharmacy staff are always really nice and helpful, as are the people who deliver my meds.I wouldn't recommend trying to reach them via phone on Monday around 9am, any day during lunch hours or 4-5pm, and all day Friday, or you may experience long wait times on hold. Spent two hours on hold on a Friday over the course of five phone calls, all at very different times of day, ultimately spoke to no one. Had to call back on Monday. Boo.”

“I started going out of my way to Housing Works and at first felt a little odd about it because they take everyone.Employees of Housing Works are professionals and friendly right down to reception. I have had to walk in with little emergencies that weren’t bad enough for the hospital, but definitely needed immediate attention. They have always done their level best to take me and take care of my issue.I have always gotten the utmost professional attention from every Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric Doctor or Practitioner that works at Cylar House. Housing Works was formed by Keith Cylar with a mission to kindly handle the medical needs of many in New York during the AIDS crisis. But it has evolved into a place that makes me thrive, even though I do not have HIV.I have never received better medical attention by any medical practice anywhere in my life, and I’ve lived all over the States. No one can believe my true age and that’s due in large part to thriving under Housing Works affordable care.”
“I was a tad bit skeptical prior to my first visit here after reading the reviews but I personally found all 3 ladies in the front warm and inviting and have had no issues so far. I should have issues considering I keep changing my appt every time they call me to confirm my appt but they are the upmost accommodating, kind people one can come across after changing your appt for the 3rd time. Thank you all! Dr. gets right to the point which is the best. No need for B.S. You need a Dr. to tell you to your face that your overweight and need to lose weight the size of a munchkin from the Wizard Of Oz. and this is he.”
