I got a wonderful introduction to Yoga and Tai Chi through Master Sean, Master Ilene and Instructor Devon at the Forest Hills Body and Brain. I go to classes 2 or 3 times a week and feel a lot more relaxed and in my body than I have in a long time. I recommend this loving yoga community highly.
