Loooooooove love looooove this Yoga studio. Relaxed and tranquil spot to clear your mind and become one with the universe among a group of like-minded folks . This should be a mandatory spot for any Stressed out New yorkers seeking a way of dealing with big city problems. Absolutely must visit.

Adam Delia’s Warm Vinyasa class was both entertaining and exceptionally challenging. I wasn’t able to keep up with everything, but I was still encouraged to push as far as I can go without feeling embarrassed or discouraged. I’m excited to go back and improve!
