It's a nice studio with knowledgable teachers. Usually the class is very small, 5 or 6 people at most, sometimes just 1 or 2, so each perrson gets a lot of attention.The exercises are usually very light

they focus on healing from the inside, it's like a house for the community, they encourage us self-care , as a way of living effortlessly.

The place feels very peaceful, its a complete experience for mind, body and spirit. I really enjoy being there .
