(Parking near them is an issue, however, going to this FedEx location is worth the parking hassle -- and as long as you are willing to walk a block or two, you can always find parking behind them, off Queens Boulevard.)”

“After research about various online photo printing companies, I decided to use Printique for the photo album printing. I chose the hardcover albums with luster paper (classic heavy).Pros:- Photos came out beautifully. I was worried about some online comments like "some parts of body being cut". It didn't happen to mine. Colour is true to the pictures. (I did not select colour corrections by Printique.)- The album feels heavy and sturdy- The online editor is very user-friendly. I don't know anything about photos and I could manage it. The layout templates are more variety and more beautiful than other online printing companies. It makes the whole printing look more professional.- The production and shipping is super fast. I ordered on the 26th evening and I received it in Canada on the 28th morning (less than 2 days for cross-border shipping)Cons:- The white box that came with the album is cheap and flimsy. It's just thin paper box like for the cookies/snack packaging. And it is generic size box (not a perfect fit for the album). It can't be used as the protector for the album. I wish the box can be fit to the album size so I can store the album in it.- Shipping cost is quite expensive for Canada addresses. Yes it is super fast. But I wish it can provide more affordable shipping options like ground shipping or something to save me a few bucks.- After several uses (maybe flipped the book for 5 times or so?), the cover starts to have an obvious mark for the folds already. It looks like a very thin flim that's on the cover starts to separate from the layer underneath it.”

I am a first time customer and I had not enough time, because I needed the printing before Christmas and I requested their print service one week before (on holidays season usually one week is not enough time) and amazingly everything was done just in time. I have to say that everything was remote, since I could never go to the physical location. So, 5 stars on time service. On the other hand the customer service is amazing, every single time we kept in communication via email, they answered all my questions really fast. Since his web site is not very intuitive, I recommend sending an email requesting a quote and handle the process via email. Honestly they are really good. I totally recommend them.”

“I had zero experience printing photos from digital format, so I probably required a bit more handholding than the average customer. Photos turned out beautifully, the turnaround time in my case for ~30 was less than two hours after I emailed them the photos that I wanted printed.This turned out to be significant. Because my ailing mother got to see and hold these visual reminders of her youth and our family memories before she passed in hospital less than 24 hours later on the following day.I just wanted the people involved in this business to know that their work meant a lot to me and my family, as I am sure it does for the many others who use their services to mark or remember important moments in their lives.They stepped up when it really mattered and were able to provide patient service and deliver a good product. With a good helping of human compassion on the side too!Also, we came to realize that one of these photos was such a faithful representation of our mother's physical and spiritual presence, we decided to use it for her funeral. “My fiancé and I are thrilled with how our invitations turned out after working with Vinicio! The quality is excellent and we are so glad we decided to get hard copies rather than keeping everything digital. Vinicio’s turnaround time (5 business days) was so much faster than all other print shops I checked with, and he always responded to my emails within minutes. His price point is also way more affordable than all the other letterpress/gold foil print shops I browsed in the NYC area, so all in all it was a great deal. One thing I will mention, though, is that we designed the invitations on our own, but turned to Vinicio for production. The process of getting all the technical formatting correct was a a bit more complicated than I expected. Vinicio was helpful in telling me exactly what needed to get corrected each time I sent him a digital proof (outlined letters, CYMK colors, pdf sizing), but it would’ve been easier/faster if I was given all the requirements in one place before sending multiple incorrect iterations. Once everything was squared away on our end, though, Vinicio was super efficient in delivering us great products. It was all about trusting the process! We are so happy with them and have been receiving lots of compliments from family and friends. Thank you so much, Vinicio!!”
