“Outstanding Service and True Craftsmanship! I had an exceptional experience with A+ Art Gallery and Framing Store in Forest Hills! The owner was amazingly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to walk me through different options to help select the perfect frame for my piece, laying out choices across various price points with absolute transparency. What I appreciated most was the zero-pressure approach. There were no upselling tactics—just honest advice, genuine guidance, and very fair pricing. To top it all off, turnaround time was incredibly fast: my customized framing was fully completed in less than 24 hours! It’s clear this is a genuinely wonderful, family-owned business that takes immense pride in their craft and treats customers like neighbors. I am thrilled with how my piece turned out and will definitely be coming back for all my future framing needs. Highly recommend!”

“if you are dropping off an amazon return parcel; your receipt may have zero weight (you gave them nothing?) and kids working here may absent mindedly double scan the same one pack twice, so any second package you gave them will simply get mishandled and you will never see a return credit, as amazon depends on tracking number processing to credit your gift card balance. be advised the tracking does not begin when you hand in the pack, rather when this UPS store gives your pack to the driver going to maspeth for area processing. on weekends this may not happen for a day or two. also the scales used for return receipt are wildly inaccurate, so just be content it's a non zero number. despite my ranting, I still 5star because I realize things may occur in unexpected ways, so amazon drop off people should take extra care to protect themselves by triple checking receipts and then being patient on when credits can show up. when you pay to ship something from this location, employees seem very professional, it's only when you drop off and they know Amazon is pre paying the bills, that all here seem not to give a crap, despite the fact that it's your eventual credit/refund that is at stake.”

“I've added photos to this FedEx store. It's referenced as FedEx office, print and ship center. And it does. All that, and the people here are good. It looks like I didn't write a review before, but I'm writing a review now. They've been very good to me. I'll be going there tomorrow and I started looking at FedEx's that I could go to and this was the second one. They have real photos. They have my photos. The other FedEx just had stock photos but I do have one criticism that they can fix. There's a category that they have now on Google maps called updates. If you haven't been to the library in a while, just go to their updates. There are enough updates there to keep you reading for hours if not days. It's unusable when you have that many. So hey good people at the FedEx office print and chip center prune your updates. Probably only 10 are relevant but prune your updates. I'll be there tomorrow to drop the package off. I'll take some photos and if you prune your updates, I'll update my score to five stars. Make a real review as opposed to this, which is mostly about your your excessive updates.”

“Dropped off a package for FedEx today and I was able to immediately get it scanned by the store associate. Easy and quick. Received a text while at the counter from FedEx confirming the package drop off details. Whatever issues they might have had in the past have been clearly resolved and improved.”
