I made a passport reservation to finish my application and take my photo. The black woman at the counter was apathetic and ignorant. I brought all of my required documents, she claimed I was still missing documents that I didn't need. She said that she needed my library card, credit/debit card, social security card, school ID and my health insurance card, that I needed all 5 with me. When I asked her what if I wasn't a student, she shrugged and said nothing. I asked her several times where it said I would need any of these documents and she was quiet. Then I asked where I could take my photo the same day, she gave me an address that didn't exist. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but this was an aggravating experience and waste of my time.

This post office employs some of the most useless people on earth. I went there because they lost my package. They took my name and address and told me to wait at the side and the supervisor would get back to me. I waited for an hour and nobody helped. When they were closing the very large woman, who saw me standing there the entire time, told me that the windows were closed. I explained to her that I was told to wait for a supervisor and that I didn't know what was going on with my package. This lady literally ignored me like I didn't exist. I understand it's the end of the day and people want to go home, but it's not difficult to just tell someone that you don't know what happened to their package and to come back another day. She was very rude and should probably seek other lines of work if treating other people like human beings is so difficult for her. I wasted an hour of my time and still have no clue where my package is. I don't know why lazy, anti social people choose to work in public facing roles.

I went and did the machine to get my passport date. There was a woman on the outside asking if people need help. She got me started it was sooo quick. My day came went early I checked in and waited to be called. It went smoothly and quickly. The gentleman behind the window. Was very nice and patient. It was the best passport experience I have had. Received passport much earlier than stated. Sorry to all that had a bad experience.

This post office is a bad post office this is because many people have complained about many things one of the many things was that a person had filled out the passport application form and then had to wait over an hour or two to hand it in because the person was not there.

The worst experience. Paid premium fee to have goods ship from other country to here as registered parcel. They rang the entrance bell, came up to the door and knocked, went out and he’s gone with the parcel. Found out he’s taking elevator down and talked to him from window that I just missed him and could he come back, the postman said “no way”.

This office has bad service. I called 311 and they informed me that it was not necessary to bring my three-year-old daughter since she has an autism condition and cannot stand waiting in long lines, even though the manager spoke Spanish. How sad to know that they do not have the empathy to be able to help you. I was in this office for more than two hours waiting to be seen. When they decided to see me, they told me that they could not give it to me because she was not present, even if I brought my ID and her birth certificate. The people in this office are too racist with Latino people and that even though the manager speaks Spanish. I do not recommend this office at all, it is bad service.

Workers are very rude and do not help you at all. They were trying to make excuses just not to help you and get you out of their way. Why does USPS hire this kind of people.
