Avoid this place. Go to the PO on Metro. Or go to the one at Grand Central in Manhattan. You will probably spend less time going there and coming back than spending half the day on line here.

A line over 17 people, and only 1 person work. No manager or extra staff to be found. HORRIBLE. I wonder if the superiors are hold accountable for the mess in the post office. Also like this.

The line is out the door and only one attendant is available helping a family with their passports for 20 minutes while the other staff are laughing with each other just chatting in the back, what a great use of our tax dollars
