the worst place in the world...they have lost many of my letters.........no matter what time of day there are always huge lines because they only have two windows open .there are plenty of people standing around doing nothing ...they are usually out of supplies and the few people that are working are very RUDE!!!!

It's okay. They need to hire more people and have others jump on when there's a long line.

Line is always long. Only ever one window open. Staff is so unfriendly.

Wait time is insane. Avoid this place if you can. Drop off packages are not collected so even that has a line.

The people who work here are so stupid, they actually mailed my Christmas card BACK TO ME because they decided the address on the BACK of the envelope was the real address, rather than the address on the FRONT with the STAMP. I've never seen something so stupid in my life. I will never use this place again.

Very bad experience, waiting on days for the package to be re-deliver. Waited for 40 mins at the station for them to find the package. Lazy and unhelpful staff.

Step into any USPS and you can just feel this tension in the air. Everyone is wound up so tight. This branch is no different. It’s as if I stepped into the Thunderdome or a gladiator arena and it’s not long before I witness customers and USPS staff at each other’s throats wanting to behead each other. I’ve seen a passport customer try to barge his way into the employee office towards the back. I’ve seen a customer just yell at a worker because they feel they were slighted or was given “attitude” (in this case, I didn’t witness attitude, more like terseness). I’m not saying all USPS employees are angels. I’ve witnessed blatant rude behavior from them also in which a customer had to tell them to just calm down (this was in another branch). You know, 2 negatives do not equal a positive here. Chill out and learn how to treat each other with respect and drop the egos. As for me personally, I’ve never had a problem here at this branch. The lines may be long depending on when you go and there’s usually just 2-3 servers working at a time. Maybe the entirety of USPS is short handed but who wants to work for the USPS if you have to face snarling, angry people on a daily basis.

Hello. I had gone to get my passport done today and I was in and out the 30 minute window for a passport appointment (For 3 people). How? Bring every document of yours(and others if it’s more than yourself), even when you think you don’t need it, and make copies of it front to back and you’ll be in and out. Always bring an extra pen or two, BLACK. The lady that was there for my passport appointment was really nice and helpful. As long as you have EVERY DOCUMENT (Originals) and COPIES (front to back)(you’ll never know what they’ll ask for), everything will go smoothly at this post office for your passport appointment. No need to cause an argument if you don’t have the proper documentation needed, you’ll just have to come back. They have walk in hours or you’ll need to rescheduled your passport appointment for another time. Thank you for the calmest and quickest experience! You will need a lot of patience as well. It’s all about being prepared and having patience. Hope this helps.
