“It's always clean and well-stocked, I will give them that. However, what I hate is the self-checkout. You are immediately hounded by a customer service rep about your military ID, then half the time asked again in the middle of the transaction. It's been what a year and the self-checkout still doesn't accept cash? You have to go to customer service for cash, which doesn't help when the store is open 2 hours earlier but self-checkout only. Some people still carry cash consistently. The commissary can take cash at self-checkout, Walmart can, and Target can, what's taking so long?”
