I had purchased a cell phone case online from AT&T for a device I needed to return, as I decided to return the device I had purchased from another online store. I am pleased to report that the Manager, Stephanie, and her staff were exceptional. Although I must admit that due to the extenuating circumstances, I was initially somewhat perturbed. However, Stephanie's mild-mannered demeanor, empathy, and willingness to exceed my expectations to reach an amicable solution exemplifed outstanding customer service. Essentlally, kindness goes a long way, especially when you allow customers to be heard and make them feel that their business is valued. A Million Thanks Everyone!”

When I walked into the store I could feel the staff was kind and friendly and ready to help … this is a learned behavior. I feel this is a tribute to the management . I noticed Kendall always went out of his way to ask his employees how their was going? At the end of their shift he was quick to thank them for their work and to have a good day. These kind words make people want to come back to work and sets a productive working environment. More store managers should be like Kendall.”
