“I like Guthrie simply because management does everything within their power to make your visit/experience as flawless as possible. The drive-thru system did it for me, you get there, called in, and 1,2,3, you're out of there back to your regular daily routine. I did not give them five stars because as a new Soldier coming in, the transfer of of prescriptions and be a little difficult at times, based on the installation you are coming from. Besides that, great job to the friendly staff and management for a wonderful experience.”

“I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter - it was an antibiotic that is not frequently used & not typically kept in stock. The pharmacy tech could have sent me on my way to handle this on my own, but instead she helped me call every local pharmacy until we finally found one in stock that I could pick up the same day. I believe her name was Jordan & she made our day!”

“A pain medication for my wife was supposed to be called in by her Dentist but because of computer issues today it wasn't received when I visited Walgreens. The pharmacist Mike got on the phone and called my wife's Dentist, he was able to get approval for my wife's pain meds. Outstanding job Mike, many Thanks to you.”

“This is, along with the Coffeen Street, Watertown NY store one of the absolute best drug stores in the state! Management along with sales are on point, and the pharmacy is fast and efficient. Almost every low review I see on here reminds me of individuals/families whom either have no insurance so are angry about pricing for those lacking insurance (educate yourselves on how to live less expensive/healthy lives I say to them), or they may just be the type who abuse medications or lose theirs and show up WITH insurance that due to law cannot pick up said meds until their insurance allows it. In either scenario the pharmacy's hands are tied. A++++ store. If I have one complaint it would be the weekend hours (specifically Sunday's with the Pharmacy closing so early). This is very inconvenient for those who went to the hospital the night before. Considering that Carthage Area Hospital is a mile away, I'm sure the pharmacy hours could easily be adjusted but hey, even pharmacists need sleep and a 6-8 year education to become one means that they aren't exactly a dime a dozen...”
