“I went in to send a book but didn't have the correct size packaging but Tom helped me with that. He's always friendly and helpful. He greets you when you walk in. Actually whoever is working does as well.”
“I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful the staff is at this location. It's like visiting friends ! Always a kind word and greeting . Just lovely people !”
“I was there Sept 4th and the woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful explaining the different options to mail something ASAP to be delivered in time for a birthday. My encounter was positive and much appreciated.”

“Had a great experience today and thought I would share. We had an incoming package that was delivered to the wrong address. Once I notified the carrier Mike of the potential issue he notified his supervisor, I think her name was Kelly. Working together they found the package and went above and beyond to get it and bring it to us. I couldn’t be more happy with their diligence and customer service!”
