“The women that work in the office are great. Always super helpful and courteous. Anytime I’ve needed anything they have gone above and beyond to help. The office is always clean and fully stocked with shipping supplies and mailing needs.Its not all bubbles and glitter though, our mail person is a much older man who I would say has a bit of a hard time handling the job. As it’s not his fault he is older perhaps being on the truck isn’t the best place for him. Thrown packages, struggles lifting, and dropped boxes are fairly regular occurrences. One particular time I actually confronted him was when he dropped a 24 pack of Red Bull cans from waist height onto the ground. He laughed and said yeah, that was heavy. Overall he’s a super nice guy everyone at the Fonda Post Office are great, its a hard job and they handle the volume efficiently and expeditiously.”
“They are very good in the office they try to find out what is going on with your package when it is not delivered to your house and says it was. Know when it comes to the drivers I miss my old driver I can say that. I feel they do not always look at the N and W. I know when I put in my address online it always auto corrects me, I try to write out North but it always goes to N.”
“I had a package delivered today and the weather was pretty nasty. I just want to thank the person who delivered it. He took the time to put the package in the breezeway between the house and garage where it would not get wet. I have never had any driver from anyplace I ordered from do that. It was always left on the front deck no matter what the weather was. Rain, snow or ice, if I wasn't home would be out there on deck. So Thank You very much to whomever was my delivery driver today. You are the kind of delivery person everyone needs.”
“Not really sure why the reviews here are this low. First time coming to this place. Wouldn’t mind coming back. Everyone I dealt with here was pleasant. The only downfall for me was that the lot was wicked packed. It’s also just before Christmas so there’s that ?♀️I’ve definitely been to way worse places.Not sure if these reviews are fair.”
