“Last month I contacted Direct Moving and Storage and spoke to Ted the owner who couldn't have been nicer. I needed to move my beloved Grandfather clock and a China cabinet. He handled both pieces with the utmost care. I couldn't have been more pleased so pleased that my son also used him. I intend on using him again in the near future. If you want someone who is pleasant to deal with and whose prices are fair and treats your belongings as if it was theirs look no further.”

“Try to check in during open hours. I have had problems checking in with the U Haul App on several occasions, possibly because the cell service isn't good there.
the phone call customer service was very helpful but It took me about 45 minutes to get the key because I had an 8am pickup and the employees didnt' start work till 9. One arrived around 8: 25 but wouldn't help me because it was before her start time. Maybe if there was a Wifi network near the lock boxes at this location, that customers could have access to, the mobile check in would work better.”
