“This bank has friendly and patient staff, the only downside is, is the times it opens and closes. I used to have Bank of Greene before moving up here so having the weekends completely closed throws things off a bit. Other than that, have had no issues with them!”

“Have been at the Fort Plain branch for over 20 yrs. The staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. No fees for most services, debit cards made there on premises, free checks if you have a checking account, no opening fees... More info would be best to call or just walk in. Parking lot is small but there is plenty of street parking. Wheel chair accessible in parking lot and sidewalks. Also w/c accessible for getting inside. Drive up for window teller and ATM.
Have recommended this place several times. And I don't do that unless I'm sure of the people and business.
If the hours aren't compatible, there's a larger one in Canajoharie with extended hours.”
