My husband just went into the store for an upgrade and the associate told my husband his card declined. Only to find out the funds were deducted from the account. Now awaiting a bank dispute. Definitely not as seemingly creditable as stated in the comments.

I went to visit because I liked the reviews so much, but it's definitely not a good service.!! The two men I met there told me that I had to pay a lot of money falsely, not to help me fix my phone for free using insurance, and kept to beging to buy a new phone there. They are greedy people who only want to make money without doing services. It's a ridiculous lie that almost all of the more than 700 reviews on Google are 5.

What a wonderful experience we had at this AT&T location. Bancy went above and beyond to make sure everything was a taken care of. She was patient, kind, informative and wielded her expertise with a softness that inspired confidence within us - confidence that when we left the store everything was truly in order. Her patience and willingness to accommodate whatever issue arose was the perfect way to begin a new year. Thank you Bancy for being you, with your beautiful spirit, your we will try attitude, and your warm understanding personality all wrapped up in someone that not only takes pride in what she does, but a person who gives her customers the very best of who she is.

Bancy told my mother that if she had any questions or needed any help, to come back to the store and she would help her. Well... we went back today 1/13/25 and Bancy was more than helpful, she was in one word amazing. Bancy is very knowledgeable- she knows the products. So patient and thoughtful, so very kind and extremely compassionate; every question was answered, she helped to organize my mothers icons, I mean AT&T should truly know that Bancy is not just a wonderful example of what stellar customer service is, but she is the employee that will inspire loyalty to a company, and will have customers be customers for years. If you need a AT&T retail store I strongly recommend this location on Franklin, and I strongly encourage you to work with Bancy. She is a gem. Thank you Bancy, for your awesome awesome customer service and your character and kindness.

Bancy is an amazing, engaging ,patient sales & tech associate.She is knowledgeable of all the devices & knows every detail.She throughly explained my options & what was the best iphone upgrade to suit my needs & budget. AT&T are lucky to have such a dedicated,professional customer service oriented member of their team. I've been with AT& T close to 20 years & she is by far one of the best agents out there!

Hands down the best AT&T store out there! Winston helped me get a new phone and helped me understand how my new phone works. I was able to get a new phone without getting my bill higher. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this store!!
