Jass was super helpful in helping my family members find a new phone and phone plan! He attended to us from start to finish and even went as far as speaking some Spanish to help my family make the right decisions for their phones. We will definitely be coming back to Jass’ store for any other phone related concerns.

I went to the store yesterday and purchased metro T-Mobile Internet and then I went back today and purchased two phones. Jass was the representative that took care of me. I normally don’t even write a review, but this man was absolutely wonderful!! He very knowledgeable, articulate, covered all areas of the phone
and listened to my concerns and my questions and was extremely respectful and kind, something you do not see in any of the people today! He definitely is an outstanding employee and if you feel the need to contact me, please do so as there is so many more things I can say about this very educated, bright gentleman. I was very happy and will definitely tell all my friends to utilize the metro store on Hempstead Avenue in Franklin Square!

I went to Metro PCS at 972 Hempstead Turnpike in Franklin Square. Jass was the rep who was addressing my concerns about an older Samsung which wasn't ringing all the time and the calls were dropping. I finally decided to get an iPhone to make it easier on my family & friends who were chiding me about all they could not send me and share. Jass was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and helpful. I hated switching from Samsung which I was used to, but Jass made everything easier and spent a lot of time transferring the files for me and setting it up. I am still learning to use it, but he was excellent helping me out. I recommend him.

When my husband needed a new phone, we headed to the metro T-Mobile in Franklin Square. The Oceanside store is closer for us but I like the customer service in Franklin Square. Jass was a great help in answering all our questions. He followed up with us to make sure that the phone was up and running. Very important for people who are not so savy. I would highly recommend the 972 Hempstead Turnpike location.
