I visit this location frequently and everyone is always respectful and willing to help. I have never experienced any problems. I busted today and was greeted by Venus who was exceptionally courteous and helpful

I go there often for returns and they are always friendly and helpful. I have a store right by my house but I choose to drive a little farther to go to the Franklin Square one on Dogwood Avenue. Always smiling faces. Even when busy they are handling everything with grace.
