“I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone at FranklinSquare Veterinary, the health of my precious miniature pincher of 18 1/2 yrs tragically declined and I knew that it was time for her to be euthanized today. I was in a state of crisis today, calling up veterinary offices, which were much closer to my home, and I was not able to secure an appointment for most places until next week. Franklin Square veterinary graciously accommodated me today, everyone was just wonderful and very empathetic and compassionate to what I was going through and really helped ease the pain and make the process seamless. I highly recommend their services. Please do not hesitate, If you love your pet, this is where you want to bring your loved one to ensure that they do not suffer.”

“I brought my cat in because he was not eating as usual and seemed listless. He had a cut on his side and I thought it may have gotten infected. I did not have an appointment but the booking assistant squeezed me in and I did not wait long at all. The Dr and her assistant were very kind and thoroughly examined my buddy and did not find any infection or anything seriously wrong but they cleaned the cut and gave him a shot for arthritis (which worked well) - he can now jump up on the bed again! I am very very pleased with this vet and highly recommend them to other pet lovers.”

“I love this place,my only complaint is when I get to the front desk on our last visit,my heart dropped when I the receptionist said $320 and that is with insurance and discount.My fur baby had a slight infection in his 1 ear,I got about 6 tablets and a small bottle of thing to squeeze into his ear.Please tell us the price before..”

“I have been taking my dogs & pets to Dr. Krasnoff since like 93’-94’ and couldn’t imagine taking my fur children anywhere else. So much so I get stressed when I think what I will do when he retires. ??? Dr. Webb is amazing too. If one of my babies is sick or hurt Dr. Krasnoff has always done the right thing for them from the beginning. Even my 110lbs pittie Tyesin liked him and he hated everyone. I can’t begin to explain how thankful and grateful I am for everything Dr. Krasnoff has done and continues to do for my fur babies. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for them and for me. He is definitely a hero.”

“Dr Hajdu and his team are fantastic. My family used his practice with our dogs for at l last 25 years, now that I have my own puppy I also came back to have him care after my not so little rascal.You can tell how compassionate he is for animals and coupled with his knowledge and experience it makes it much easier to trust his handling and guidance of your pet’s medical care.Other pet parents always sing his praises as well whenever gathered in the waiting room.My sweet shepherd mix rescue was schedule to have a minor procedure on her mouth/teeth due to concern over a misaligned jaw. He took photos and also consulted with one of the only specialists out west for his opinion but further more when the day of surgery came they no longer had to proceed. Again, I trust his expertise which is imperative, I don’t feel I will ever be swindled for anything unnecessary.Also want to shout out his staff - never had anything but a positive experience. Susan is always pleasant and recently went out of her way to help get me documentation I needed by email since I wasn’t home to have my pup’s records.If you’re looking for a gentle, knowledgeable, experience; and realistic vet look no further than Dr. Hajdu and his team.”

“My cat Luka started having serious problems and I took him to West Hempstead Animal Hospital where his care has always been top notch. The staff are helpful, friendly knowledgeable and caring. Even though he did not like being there at all, I always felt that he was in the best care.He started deteriorating quickly. Every time I called about something serious that was happening with Luka, I was given an appointment immediately.The doctors and technicians took time to examine him and explain every detail of what they were doing. I felt confident that he would be alright.Unfortunately after a rough week of tests and bloodwork we found out that he had inoperable cancer and there was nothing the doctors could do to prolong his life and/or make him comfortable. I was able to bring him home for one more day so our family could spend time with him.We brought him back the next evening when the hospital was empty where we were all treated with such compassion and dignity, especially our beloved Luka. He closed his beautiful eyes one last time with his family around him and I know he felt our love. As hard as it was for all of us I feel that Dr. Cutler and the staff made it a little easier to say goodbye.Thanks to all of you who helped Luka, and us, on this difficult and heartfelt journey.This was a previous review before Luka became very ill.:Wonderful care for my pet! It was evident that everyone cared about my cat, Luka. He was treated so well, and everyone was very understanding. The doctors took their time explaining in detail what was going on with him as well as giving me feeding instructions and advice about what new changes I should make at home. “Dr Balsamo is outstanding! His entire staff is. He speaks in plain terms and is easy to understand. He doesn't recommend a procedure if he feels it shouldn't be done and has your pets best interest at heart. He talks to your pet and treats him/her like his own. “I have nothing but great things to say about East Meadow Vet Center. Dr. Olcha is professional, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly.We took our dog here for the first time after our prior vet was dismissive of our concerns. When we told Dr. Olcha what was happening with our dog, he suggested blood work (which we did) and told us he’d give us a call on Monday with the results. He ended up contacting us the next morning saying that our dog’s blood work results were life-threatening and that we should take her to the emergency vet asap.We are extremely grateful for this vet center having same-day availability, and for Dr. Olcha’s accurate course of action, overall knowledge, and prompt communication. If you are looking for a vet who you can trust and feel confident in their abilities, I highly recommend Dr. Olcha and East Meadow Vet Center.”

He has been through some tough times in his life, but Dr. Saver, Dr. Campbell, and the rest of staff (some of whom I have not met) were and are amazing, as he is now going through yet another rough period and are in constant communication with me on a daily basis. Their medical expertise is second to none. They go far above and beyond and are so kind and compassionate with the animals in their care, and patient with this very nervous cat mom!
