“We are new to Franklin, and my spouse was in need of a notary. The challenge was that we were emailed the documents to be notarized, yet we don't have a printer. She went to Chen-Del-O on Main Street, and everyone there was very helpful + supportive, even though we are not members. They were able to print out the document for her, execute the notarization, and even scan + email the notarized document back to us. This was above + beyond great service. An excellent experience from first contact by phone to buttoning down the process. Thank you to Emily, Angela + the teller (sorry we did not remember her name).”
