“Thank you so Very much to Cherri!My Husband and I came in to Set up a Joint Account because we had Recently got Married.We originally went to the Rte. 23 Branch to get Started…Well, let’s just say things weren’t working there, and so we Tried the CBNA on Main Street, Oneonta.Again, they STILL did not fix the account. And In fact we didn’t have access to Our account for 5-6 Days…I called someone on the phone and they said they “Would Fix the Account so we would both have access to it and they would send off the approval.”Well they never did.After 3 Weeks of Frustration, I’d figure I’d Keep Trying Branches Until someone got it right.I came to The West End Oneonta CBNA and Cherri couldn’t have been more Happier to Help me!She almost seemed to “Jump” at the opportunity! Thank you for Being so Attentive and Helpful!After sitting down, I explained to her a little bit what was going on. She was asking Questions that were never asked before, and I REALLY felt like we were getting somewhere! I felt VERY Confident in Cherri and How Well She navigates Her Job!She was Very Reassuring, Lively, and Gave Explantations without being condescending. Her Desk was Very Clean and organized! She was So Sweet to my Baby Boy and He would NOT Stop Smiling at her. Thank you for your Kindness towards my Son, and for Treating Him like the Tiny Human he is!I informed her that the checks came in the mail had my Maiden name on them and she offered to take back the old checks and Send me New Ones with my New Last Name on it- FREE OF CHARGE!Again, thank you for your Kindness!She printed off my Statements, Closed my Old Account (finally), Educated Me, And Sent off the Request we needed for Our Mobile App Usage so we could have Access! All Within 25 minutes or Less.Now, I Have Access To Our Joint Account on My Phone and so does My Husband!Honestly, this is BEST care I’ve gotten from Community Bank!——————————————————————————My Recommendations:•Cherri was Amazing! “Always cheerful staff when you go inside. The tellers are always willing to look up account information in case you forget yours as long as you have ID. There is an ATM located on the outside of the building. You can get items notarized as well as carry on conversations with financial brokers”
