“Kind of crazy there are some low reviews here! This place is great for students! They have all the amenities to move in. The apartments are a good size. Each bedroom locks with a key for privacy. The kitchen appliances work. And yes you can upgrade what is there (we upgraded our son’s bed as he is a 6’5 basketball player). The staff is very accommodating and Amanda, the property manager is amazing!!! And the price includes utilities and they are across the street from campus…as my son and his teammates/roommates say “they take good care of us”. If you’re looking for a turnkey set up for your college student this is it!”

“I just moved in, so any long-term experiences I have here are more about me. The staff here, starting with the Property Manager, Kathie is far superior to any past experiences with others in her professional position. She is thorough, more than fair and very expeditious in every request or questions I have had. The maintenance staff, Jeff has also been quick to respond to my request, although there has been nothing urgent.
Having moved nearly 1300 miles, Kathie and her staff have helped to balance my insecurities with their prompt response and genuine kindness. I hope to settle in quickly and be here for a long time.”
