“The people here are great, especially Vinny! Went in yesterday with my young daughter who was unfortunately having a tough time and emotional unless I was holding her. Vinny was beyond patient as I was helping her calm down and helped me get the pair of shoes I wanted and was smiling and friendly the whole time. Haven’t had as good of an experience from a salesman in a store in a long, long time. (He did beat me today in a half marathon though so minus 5% haha)”
“This was so much fun! Of note, it is located inside the market and there is plenty of parking in the front or back. We were a group of 9 ages 9-60+ and did the Nerf games. Our instructor was very safety conscious and also was great at explaining the different games and guiding us along. We changed up the games approximately every 10min and also had extra break time (which you don't think you need but then realize how hot and sweaty you are from running around so much). We brought snacks and drinks but there are drink vending machines available. We were able to connect our music via Bluetooth and had it playing in the background. Everyone had a great time! We look forward to coming back!”

“A few days after purchasing an item through their website, I received a telephone call from Sports Depot stating that they did not have the item in stock, an older model of Russell youth football pants. They had the same pant in a size small and size large, but I needed a size medium. After requesting a refund to my credit card, the gentleman with whom I was speaking (possibly the manager/owner) asked me if I want the smaller and larger sized pants free of charge. I was surprised to say the least. The gentleman agreed to credit my account and send me two pair of youth football pants. He didn't have to do that. While it was a brief phone call, it was proof to me that their are definitely some customer service-oriented businesses still out there. It was my first experience with Sports Depot, but I fully intend to reach out to the company if I need to make a sporting goods purchase in the future. Thank you Sports Depot.”

“Very very happy and satisfied with this shop!Shop owner very helpful and knowledgeable I found out a few tips on knife carry in the New York region and we ended up sharing some stories for a good 20min.Point of my story I went there to get a knife tool to fix and adjust my knives I have and she ended up actually giving me the Kershaw tool for free and I never even paid anything!Being kershaw is also 1 of the best in the game and highly recommend going to their store to support and check it out !!!Thank you so much Geri! ?”

“I rented a wetsuit at this location for clinic in the area. I was able to call and have the suit set aside. Also, the staff offered to stay a few minutes late since the store closed early for Halloween. I like a local business that picks up the phone and tries to help customers. I think each store is individually owned so each experience could be different.”

“My son is just starting lacrosse, and the three workers who were there today couldn’t have been nicer. All were college lacrosse players and were very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to oversell and took the time with my son to see what was best for him. They taped his stick for him and explained basics. I’m sure bigger sports stores wouldn’t have given us this personalized attention nor would they have had the specific expertise. Thanks!!”
