“Ok so I came across them in Carl place, but I fell in love with how the owner. She did such an amazing job with my eyebrows so then when she moved to this store, I made sure to follow her there as well. She has wonderful employees. But as always There are two that have literally stood out for me. I am extremely picky, especially with my eyebrows. I have to trust you with all for my eyebrows, but these two workers they are absolutely phenomenal. They listen exactly to what it is that I want and I absolutely love that. Ruby She has an amazing touch super soft ! Doesn’t even feel harsh at all. She made my eyebrows look so good. I got so many compliments and I was just through the roof today because I loved them each time. I met another one today Her name is Raj. She did great !! I told specifics and she didn’t dissappoint me at alol I was nervous at first but when I saw them JUST HOW I WANTED I was relieved!! and I’m so happy that I can trust another person with my eyebrows love this come to the store. They are just super sweet ! These three by far are my favorite !!!”

“I visited Lane Bryant in Green Acres Mall, Valley Stream on March 5, 2025 to return an item I purchased online. I had no intention on making a purchase while in the store this visit, however as I was leaving a sundress caught my eye. Ms. Shirley informed me that it was the last day of the sale and now would be a good tube to buy it if I liked it. She helped me with a couple more dresses and in finding the right size fit me. I ended up purchasing two dresses at a really great price. Ms. Shirley was very patient, professional, extremely helpful and went above and beyond. She made my shopping experience enjoyable. “My family and I came to make a return from an online purchase my older son made for me for my birthday. We had the pleasure of meeting Datrell, a sales associate, and he exceeded our expectations. He saw and understood each of our needs based on our field of work, even my youngest son, who has two different-sized feet. He had the time and patience to explain everything, down to the numbers on each style of sneakers and why they are numbered. “Went in looking for clothing for a semi-formal event. Already had a shirt and shoes, but couldn’t find fitting pieces to finish the outfit. Jackie in the men’s department helped me from start to finish. She found me a pair of pants that fit AMAZINGLY! I definitely would not have picked them up on my own. Than helped with a belt, socks, and undershirts to finish out the outfit. Once I put it together the outfit came out fantastic. I would 100% go back just because of her.”
