“Elohim Christian Church is a wonderful, family-friendly, and community-oriented place of worship. It is truly a spirit-filled church where the Bible is taught with clarity and passion. There is something for everyone here, whether you are a senior, a young adult, or bringing your little ones. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the church is well-structured to meet the spiritual and practical needs of every age group. If you’re looking for a place to grow in faith, connect with others, and feel at home, this is the church for you!”
“The facade is indeed beautiful, but what you encounter when you enter the church is a warm welcoming atmosphere, you get a service that leaves you refreshed and the choir, my goodness? they never disappoint. Their pastor is a very gentle and humble young man, loved by all who get to know him. May God bless them all.”
“Have not been here in a while but the services has been a blessing. This is where I was baptized and I attended service as well. I went back a few weeks ago I was told by the construction workers that the building was undergoing repairs.”
“A welcoming church with a warm, community‑focused atmosphere. The services are uplifting, and the members make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The environment is positive and well‑organized, making each visit a meaningful experience.”

“I wish I had gone here more with I lived near this church. It's a beautiful church with a good community. Now that I've gotten involved in my new church after moving I see that this was a missed opportunity to experience this church more often.”
“Since I moved to Ridgewood I continue practicing my religion at St. Matthias Church what provides a truly welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, with a passionate Polish Pastor Dariusz who delivers thoughtful sermons that resonate deeply. The music is uplifting, the community is actively engaged, and I consistently feel a strong sense of belonging and spiritual nourishment during Mass.”
“The church is iconic. Every time I pass by, people use the sign of the cross, whether they walk, bike, or use the bus. I compare its symbolism to the Mt. Carmel church in Bronx Little Italy. When I posted the church, so many views reflected the post. Church is indeed important for our state of mind and being. It represents something higher than us and that we have hope for a better promise through the higher power. We thank you Lord.”

“The priests showed their availability to the sick. When I informed the Pastor about our sister who is sick and needed the body of Christ, he rose to that occasion by sending his Parochial down with us. The pastor's homily is great. God bless his Church and all of us”
“Thank you so much to the entire church for the love and kindness shown to my family during a very difficult time. We appreciate it and pray God's continued blessings over this ministry.”
“I am so grateful for this Salvation Army location, the resources are greatly needed by this community, especially during these hard times will continue to support them whenever I can. Thank you”
“My family and I have been going to this church since I was a little kid. I got baptized, joined the front door ministry, and gave my heart to the lord and also got married here. I have been to a lot of other churches but I always want to be here. The people are so friendly and Bishop Nelson is a great leader. I love him and his family and I never feel like this church is to big that you couldn’t interact with all the leaders, staff and church attendees. I always feel like his sermons are right on the money. Great for adults, and kids as they have a wonderful children's ministry. I feel like they have something for everyone. This is my home and even though I don’t live so close anymore. I always make the drive to attend.”
“This used to be my church and still is, but I moved from Far Rockaway and it's even harder for me to make it to this church. The Pastor here is really sweet and the deacon and everyone here would lend you a helping hand if you needed? Prayers goes in handy in this church.”
“I've been here couple of times with my friend. At first I was kind of shy, but the people here are so wholesome. There is programs for everyone, they range on your age. Everyone struggles to make friends or establish good relationships with new people. Here is very different though, everyone is cool, and even the staff are great here. There is no sanitation issues in this place, everything is tidy and beautiful... this place is very calming and relaxing. This place is AMAZING! Apart from all of that, there is church and it is very good and the community is healthy and fun. They have a variety of things such as Guitar lessons, and there is a basketball court to play in, there are drums... so many things.”
“St. Nicholas Tolentine Catholic Church is truly a gem in the community. What stands out the most is the incredible sense of togetherness and diversity within the congregation. People from all walks of life come together here, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The church's commitment to inclusivity and community outreach makes it a spiritual home for everyone. Attending Mass feels like being part of a big, supportive family, and it's inspiring to see such unity in faith and purpose.”
“I used to go to this church every Sunday and then also on Tuesdays when I became a member, but then I stopped going because I have something that prevents me from being still.”
“Wonderful service and the preacher is an excellent teacher. The choir sung lots of beautiful songs and the band is great. It was a full house, but they have a large balcony. See Bishop Omega on YouTube Webcast also.”
“I'm not alone! I wanted a place to belong. After visiting half a dozen churches, I was frustrated. There are plenty of churches online, but I wanted to meet new people. Pastor Tim knows his Bible and family at Sure Foundation is warm. Give it a try!”
“I show the person Cedric my papers to let him know that I can't be on the line so long so it for real I cry because the person acts like he doesn't care”
“After being a part of the Hewlett East Rockaway Nursery School for almost a year - I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care, dedication, and attention given to the children and families in the community. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the school and shul. One of the things that stood out to me was how much the school prioritizes the children. This is demonstrated in their actions, such as creating a pray ground so that families with children can participate in services. The Rabbi and his wife are also very kind and make an effort to connect with each family. Their Friday night service with music and singing was beautiful and inclusive. The director of the school, Cheryl, is truly an exceptional individual. She is the most devoted, loving, and hardest working person I have ever encountered. She is always available to answer any questions and treats each parent with the utmost respect. Her dedication is evident in the amazing events she creates for families to partake in, and she is there from early mornings to late nights ensuring that everything runs smoothly.Safety is taken very seriously at the school, and they even have a security guard present at all events. Cheryl is also very hands-on with the children, knowing each one individually, and hosting the most creative events. The staff at Herjc are all respectful and greet you with a big smile. The positivity in the environment is palpable, and it is clear that they work hard to ensure the kids get a well-rounded education.Overall, I am very happy to be a part of this community and hope to grow more in it. If you are looking for a nursery school that is welcoming, loving, and friendly, with a strong emphasis on children's education and safety, I highly recommend the Hewlett East Rockaway Nursery School. It is truly a five-star institution that exceeds all expectations.”
“Hi my name is Esther. This is the best church I've ever went to. I was blind and now I see because the pastor prayed for me. And I never wear eye glasses again. Praise be to God.”
“I completely enjoyed this mornings celebration and I wish to congratulate the good Pastor Reverend Sears for his 56 years of ministry and his celebration of the Lord at Goodwill Baptist Church since September 1985. Thank you Jesus, thank you Lord.”
“This is one of the best churches I have ever been a member of. I truly wish I could have stayed a member but I relocated 4 years ago to Maryland and still in search of a welcoming church as this was to me when I lived in Brooklyn. I wish there was online service. I would have attended weekly. Stay true to your members. You had a very good impression on my life. The Holy Spirit lives in this church - I truly felt it.”
“Very nice and caring staff. Hot meals for the homeless and low income are here. I was given hot dog and soup it was very good. I took home food which helped me and my husband.”
“I've visited this church a few times to understand more about Jesus Christ. There's two different services. A Chinese service on the top floor and an English service in the basement. I've been to both and while they're both good, I prefer English since it's the language I'm most fluent in. There's a large number of youths here and it's very family oriented.”
