“I started using Care One Medical Equipment company in December 2015 after attempting to use a CPAP machine for sleep apnea for a year prior to then. The service in that year was not good relying on work at home assistants to call and try to resolve problems. I was about to give up altogether when Care One was referred to me by a doctor I was seeing. I started using them immediately and found the staff there very professional, caring, and responsive to any issues I ran into. The results were that I was able to extend the nightly use of the CPAP machine and for the first time was able to realize the benefits it was designed to provide. Lots of energy, no longer sleepy and tired during the day and far more productive in my work and social life. The entire staff were all excellent, but primarily John Henighan, a Manager, who was able to guide me through the process, adding adjustments to the equipment to prolong the time I used the machine each night and following up to make sure all was working properly. From being a skeptic for the first year seeing little results, to becoming a fan after finally enjoying all the results as advertised. Richard H”
