After having an appointment cancelled and no luck with two nearby Walgreens pharmacies, I came in to Red Ribbon hoping for better luck. Though they were close to closing time and past when they usually administer vaccines, Hector was generous enough to accommodate me. The whole process was quick, smooth, and easy. “I can Say This my First time going to Galaxy medical supply. Customer service was really good and responsive to my needs. I called and email them with my prescription n insurance card to get my wrist braces. By the end of the day I was able to pick up my items and they also delivered on fridays. I’ll recommend them to friends n family.”

When I called, Frankie was incredibly kind—he even opened the store for us to pick up the table outside of regular hours.
