The Fresh Meadows location has a 24-hour APC/Self-Service Kiosk available for ease of convenience. People can drop-off packages into the package slots and use the parking lot at the back. The line can get very long especially during lunch time and the whole lot is nice. Service is not fast and the location is often short on shipping supplies such as medium-sized priority mail boxes, so some people drive to other locations. The workers are courteous and the nicest they have experienced. The post office is appreciated and hands down the best in terms of service and location.

There's an asian lady there, I forgot her name, I think it started with an H. she's really nice. Very helpful. Not just to me but to everyone in the line when I was there.

Worst post office ever!! This place is like a country club, the manager is useless. There could be a line down the block and he would do absolutely nothing. They should get rid of him and the whole staff
