stupid kiosk is always broken. supervisor also has zero idea how to operate the machine. don't bother going here because the kiosk is either broken or the overnight drop box is packed shut.

ALWAYS SHUTS DOWN THE KIOSK DURING OFF HOURS. MACHINE IS NEVER WORKING WHEN POST OFFICE IS CLOSED! ONLY KIOSK IN TOWN AND NOW I HAVE TO GO TO MINEOLA JUST TO GET A LABEL. VERY POOR UPKEEP AND ZERO FRIENDLINESS AT THIS STATION!

Almost every time when my usps informed delivery Daily Digest showed the photos of important mails( government checks, credit card replacement ) were coming , they were never being delivered. only the junk mails always received on time. BE ALERT!! This post office is a fraud!

The postal service at this location is extremely disappointing. The posted lobby hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., yet almost every time I come to check my PO Box, the lobby is already closed—sometimes as early as 5:00 p.m., other times at 5:30 or 5:45. It’s never consistent, and it's frustrating when the sign clearly states it should be open until 6:00. And Today is Tuesday.
When to go to the service window, where I often have to wait in a long line. On top of that, the staff at the window are frequently rude and unprofessional. Overall, this is one of the worst post offices I've experienced

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would, this is the 2nd time!! The Post Office said my package was delivered but wasn't! Now I have to look into alternative shipping in the future.

Heaven forbid they deliver my packages.
If I had a nickel for every time one of my packages was scanned as delivered BUT never got it.

Sometimes, I get Amazon packages by USPS, however every time USPS delivers the packages, they just throw on the floor even though it is small items, I have quite big size mail box that most of packages that comes in a plastic bag can be fit , it was 12 pieces of AA batteries. I even put sign if package can be delivered back door. I have blink camera, at least he can put in the mail
Box, many packages missing after deliveries and that’s why we installed the cameras. Unpleasant clip to see.

This post office is so incompetent, misplaced my package and when I tried to ask where the package is they couldn’t even locate the package. I waited over 2 weeks for my package almost 3 weeks. They shipped my package from a different states & across different states. Why would my package end up halfway across the country just to come back to my state?

I hate writing reviews like this but unfortunately I need to. Over the past 6 months, this facility has lost, misplaced and sent my packages to different parts of the country. I’ve lived here for 20 years and it was never a problem until recently. My mailman is a great guy. Today a package was supposed to be delivered but was sent back to the sender because of a supposed incorrect address. I contacted the shopper and he showed me proof that the address was indeed correct. I called this office in Fresh Meadows to inquire about what happened and I spoke to the supervisor, Teddy. I gave him the tracking number numerous times and he said he couldn’t find the information. Teddy then went on a rant and blamed the shipper, accused me of lying about the missing package and then berated me for not giving him the tracking number fast enough. He then rudely hung up on me. I will file a formal complaint against Teddy first thing on Monday. This office needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.

Apparently I’m not the only one having bad experiences with this postal office. According to the previous reviews, this postal office has been consistently bad at their job and rude to the customers for years. USPS, please do something about it and we deserve a better postal services!
