“I was pleased to stop in to get items I needed for my home office. I had interaction with two of the associates that were busy and took the time to explain where any item I needed was located. They were eager to show me where the product was I insisted they not do that because I know they always have things to do. ?The self check out station was easy to use and gave directions that even I could follow to use my card or take coupons.I would recommend the Frewsburg Dollar General!”
“I ordered a large three scoop ice cream in a bowl.
The first scoop was of average size but unfortunately the second two scoops were much smaller. Not worth the $7.00
I would still recommend visiting Busti's because my first visit I received an acceptable serving size, and I like this cozy little convenience store.”
“The best selection on meats & seafood in our area. Large selection of fruits & vegetables. Largest beer variety in our area as well. A great deli, with a large variety. Just overall a clean well run superstore. Alway's enough cashiers open, and enough emplyee's on hand to help you in any way. If you ever have a problem they alway's make it right. On Nov.4,2023 went in & they moved everything. Ugh, why do these stores think they have to do this. Ugh!”

“The owner is chill Devin is funny he works there. There subs are delicious got to try them there pizza is even better you can put any toppings they have there jalapenos banana peppers mushrooms olives. I think they have more toppings.”

“If you don't want the hassle of a big store & need only a few things Dollar General is the place to go.. Sure the prices are higher but if you need that bag of chips they have them. Personnel are personable, pleasant & courteous. I have only been to the one on Washington Street. They also have gift cards for that unexpected needed gift. It's become my go to place for everything..”
“I like the fact they are open until midnight. I do miss the open for 24hr stores and the extra tellers that were personable rather than self check out. That goes for pretty much every store nowadays.”

“I shop here only due to the cost of fuel. Tops is close and they are a grocery store.It is my personal feelings that are the prices are higher than other markets that carry the same items. They hid the prices through BOGO deals.The Associates are very friendly and are knowledgeable of the products that are sold there.”

“Unable to ambulate anymore but loved doing my own shopping. Love to read labels and compare products. Held on as long as possible but can no longer do my own shopping! I have gone to Walmart shopping and delivery and do love it! Going to miss my interaction with all Falconer Tops staff! .Everyone is so friendly and helpful going to miss my visits with them. “The women were very patient with me and it was at closing time and they kept their cool and they did not become rude to me but they just made it very clear they were trying to close up and everything was on a timer but not once they catch an attitude with me or kick me out of the store and for that I appreciate them”

“Always a good selection of seasonal items with great prices. Can almost always find necessary household items. As with most DG's stores, overcrowded stock and narrow aisles make me want to get what I want and get out quickly. Never ask staff for assistance. They are seemingly not hired for their personality or friendliness.”
