“We went here a year or two ago to get new phones. We got one to start and they said they’d call us when it came in so we could get the other (unfortunately the associate had submitted the new phone request and couldn’t add the other phone, requiring us to make another visit). Very friendly staff but they never called us. We ended up getting the one phone we ordered there and going to the Fulton store for the second, with better results (and a call back).

We went back recently 3ish months ago and they were able to fix everything that I needed in house, no hassle, very convenient, even had the phone that I wanted in lilac.”

“I entered the store to get a new phone. You know I figured it'll be a simple 10 minute get a cheap phone put my sim card in it and done but no. I stayed in the store for the next 2 hours and a half and let me tell you that story.
So I entered the store and explained my situation to employees Joe and Nate and they were very sorry for me but then I asked about a cheap phone and if I can transfer my number over to the new number they explained to me how I need to get my transfer pin and account number released so we go on to that.
But my carrier was being difficult as usual to release my number. We went through three chat bots and three phone calls until we were able to get them to release my number. Throughout all of that the employees including another named Nicole were really nice to me and friendly, they explained to me the process very clearly and were very knowledgeable.
They were even able to let me use a phone to get text messages so I can access the SMS messages my carrier was sending. Finally I was able to get my number and be able to finally pick out a phone. Thankfully Nichole was very patient and to everyone else actually they were patient. I chose a phone and I was able to finally pay and Nichole was very helpful.
Although it took 2 hrs and 30 minutes I was finally able to get a phone and have my life back together.
Thank you to Nichole, Joe and Nate for helping and being very knowledgeable. I know it's your job to do so l, but I like to be overdramatic.”
