While I was there, he looked at my account and provided me opportunities to better protect my phones. I called back a few days later to get more guidance on the primary phone issue I had and he walked me through the next steps I needed to take and kept me on the phone with him just to be sure I got through what I needed to. No one takes the extra time in customer service anymore - but Anthony always does. It's super appreciated.
